Three ingredients for the perfect week...

Barre, Burn and Boxing! 

We all have our own reason for coming to BT each week – for physical well-being, for personal growth, for stress relief...  Whatever your personal motivation is, BT offers an outlet for strengthening both mind and body, while connecting to an amazing group of women who become your fitness family.  

As the saying goes, “variety is the spice of life,” and if you’ve tried the mix of classes at BT, you know you're getting a lot!  Each class offers you a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, strength-training, targeted core work, and stretching to increase your fitness and sweat-factor.  Originally what attracted me to BT were their the lower-impact Barre classes.  They made me stronger, better balanced and gave me the foundation to expand and take Burn60 cardio classes.  It is a dynamic class that keeps you moving from the moment you start class and you never stop engaging your core. This class is a high-calorie burner!  

TECH. (kick)Boxing is the latest addition to BT and it's high-energy. You leave class with a level of readiness to take on the world (talk about girl power!).  Did I mention I’ve never left burning fewer than 550 calories in a class?  As a bonus, I am also learning 
self-defense techniques and feel even more self aware and protected (Thanks, Amy!) 

Hold Up! There is another 4th, crucial ingredient- BARRE TECH.  BT is a community bringing BALANCE back to my life.  I encourage you to bring a friend, try a new class, or invite a classmate for coffee!  The TECH Tribe is always there for you and may just be what you've been looking for!
