Ready for the first challenge? Here's all you need to know.
1. Take 16 BARRETECH. classes between 1/1 and 1/31. We recommend that you attend 4x weekly to manage the challenge.
2. Watch the TECH.nition video above of the perfect squat before starting and get that toned derriere! We are embracing the honor system and thank you in advance for your honesty and weekly posting. Lastly, we can track your classes via Mind Body, so please sign up here under WORKSHOPS to register for the challenge and unlock your prize. Please enroll within the first 3 days of each month to ensure that you can complete the challenge with enough time for safety.
3. Perform 10 squats on day 1 and add an additional 2 on every consecutive day for 30 days.
Day 1: squat 10; Day 2: squat 12; Day 3: Squat 14 and so on...
4. Document your squats weekly by posting your squat and class count via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using #barretech #fittech.
